A better working day

When technology stalls, the business feels it.

An unavailable application can delay a client meeting. A slow workstation can hold up documentation. An unresolved vendor issue can interrupt billing. We start by understanding those dependencies, then build a service plan around your priorities.

01 · CONTINUITY

Fewer recurring interruptions

Identify repeat issues, maintain supported systems, and prioritize improvements that help employees get back to productive work.

02 · COST CONTROL

More predictable decisions

Separate recurring service costs from projects, licensing, and equipment so leadership can plan spending with fewer surprises.

03 · ACCOUNTABILITY

Clearer ownership

Document who manages each system, how issues are escalated, and which actions belong to Bream, your team, or another vendor.

Managed IT service coverage

Everyday support. Ongoing oversight. A plan for what comes next.

We define coverage around your users, locations, applications, and risk priorities. Your agreement identifies the services included and how support is delivered.

Help desk & employee support

Support for everyday device, account, connectivity, and productivity issues, with documented escalation and remote or on-site assistance as agreed.

Endpoint management & patching

Device inventory, maintenance, updates, and lifecycle planning to help keep supported workstations and servers reliable and manageable.

Network monitoring & coordination

Oversight of supported network equipment and connectivity, with investigation and vendor coordination when service problems affect operations.

Cybersecurity coordination

Identity and access controls, endpoint and email protection, and security monitoring options aligned to your environment and selected service scope.

Backup & recovery oversight

Review backup responsibilities, monitor covered backup services, and plan recovery checks around agreed systems and business priorities.

Vendor management & technology planning

Coordinate technology vendors, track improvement priorities, and review budgets, equipment needs, and strategic initiatives with leadership.

Support hours, response targets, monitoring coverage, security services, recovery testing, and on-site visits are defined in your agreement. Projects, equipment, licensing, and after-hours work are included only where expressly stated.

Business-first IT management

What being your Managed Business Provider means.

We connect the technology to the workflow.

We look at how your team serves customers, completes work, handles information, and gets paid. That context helps us prioritize the systems and improvements that matter most.

Leadership reviews connect service activity to operational issues, spending decisions, security priorities, and business changes.

A clear record of priorities

A business technology review can include an issue summary, risk register, lifecycle budget, vendor responsibilities, and a prioritized roadmap.

Illustrative review item: delayed new-hire access → assign an onboarding owner → standardize required accounts → track readiness before the employee's first day. This is an example, not a client performance claim.

Built around your operations

Support for the work that drives your business.

Healthcare practices

Support reliable access to scheduling, documentation, and billing applications; coordinate with software vendors; and manage staff access and device needs. Clinical and billing decisions stay with your practice.

A structured transition

From discovery to ongoing improvement.

01 · DISCOVER

Discuss your priorities, recurring issues, locations, users, and current provider arrangements.

02 · ASSESS

Define the plan

Review the agreed environment, identify gaps, and explain recommended coverage, costs, and next steps.

03 · ONBOARD

Coordinate the handover

Organize credentials, documentation, vendor contacts, tools, and staff communication before transition.

04 · IMPROVE

Review and prioritize

Manage covered services and review progress, risks, budgets, and the next set of improvements.

Scope & investment

A service plan you can evaluate clearly.

Pricing depends on the number of users and locations, system complexity, support coverage, security requirements, and the responsibilities you want Bream to own.

We explain recurring fees, onboarding, project work, licensing, and equipment before you commit. If you already have internal IT, we can discuss a co-managed arrangement that complements your team.

Common questions

Know what to expect before choosing a provider.

What is included in managed IT services?

Your agreement lists covered users, devices, systems, support hours, and services. Coverage can include help desk support, endpoint management, patching, network oversight, backup oversight, vendor coordination, and technology planning.

Can Bream help us switch from our current IT provider?

Yes. We plan a coordinated transition around documentation, authorized access, vendor contacts, existing agreements, and business-critical systems. The schedule depends on your environment and the cooperation needed from other parties.

Do you provide on-site and after-hours support?

Remote and on-site options are available based on the agreed scope. After-hours coverage and response targets must be specified in your service agreement; they are not assumed to be included in every plan.

Can you work with our internal IT team?

Yes. A co-managed arrangement can assign specific responsibilities to Bream while your team retains ownership of other systems, decisions, and projects.

Are cybersecurity and compliance included?

Security services depend on the plan selected and may involve specialist partners. Bream can support technical controls, documentation, and remediation priorities. Regulatory obligations and formal assessments require a separately defined scope; managed IT alone does not establish compliance.

What happens during the discovery call?

We discuss your business, current technology challenges, priorities, and timing. We then identify whether a scoped assessment, managed service proposal, or another next step is appropriate. The call is not a technical audit.
