Meet the Founder

At Bream, technology is not just a profession—it’s a lifelong commitment to helping organizations operate more securely, efficiently, and strategically.

The founder of Bream began his journey at Iowa State University, where he developed a strong foundation in technology, problem-solving, and business-focused innovation. Iowa State’s emphasis on hands-on learning and real-world application helped shape a practical approach to technology that continues to influence Bream’s philosophy today.

Like many IT professionals, his career started on the front lines of technology support. Beginning as a technician at a Managed Services Provider (MSP), he learned firsthand what businesses truly need from their technology partners: responsiveness, reliability, and the ability to solve problems before they impact operations.

Over the years, he advanced through increasingly complex technical and leadership roles, progressing from technician to engineer and ultimately to senior engineer. This experience provided exposure to a wide range of technologies including network infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, compliance programs, business continuity planning, and enterprise IT operations.

What makes his background unique is the diversity of industries he has supported throughout his career.

Government Experience

Working within government environments provided experience with highly regulated systems, security frameworks, compliance requirements, and large-scale technology initiatives. These environments demanded a disciplined approach to risk management, documentation, and operational reliability.

Private Sector Experience

In the private sector, he partnered with organizations focused on growth, efficiency, and innovation. From small businesses to larger enterprises, he learned how technology decisions directly impact revenue, productivity, customer experience, and long-term business success.

Healthcare Experience

Healthcare introduced another level of complexity where technology supports patient care, operational continuity, and regulatory compliance. Working with medical practices, healthcare providers, and clinical environments reinforced the importance of security, reliability, and strategic planning in mission-critical operations.

Why Bream Was Created

After years of supporting organizations across multiple industries, one challenge became clear: many businesses were receiving technical support but not strategic guidance.

Too often, IT providers focused on fixing issues rather than helping organizations align technology with business goals.

Bream was founded to change that.

Rather than operating as a traditional Managed Service Provider, Bream embraces the role of a Managed Business Provider (MBP)—helping organizations leverage technology to reduce risk, improve compliance, increase operational efficiency, and prepare for the future.

Today, Bream works with organizations in healthcare, legal, financial services, manufacturing, and other regulated industries, helping leaders make informed technology decisions that support growth and long-term success.

A Message From the Founder

“Technology should never be a barrier to growth. My goal has always been to help organizations understand how technology, security, compliance, and business strategy work together. Bream was built to give businesses a trusted partner who understands both the technical challenges and the business outcomes that matter most.”

Whether serving a growing business, a healthcare practice, or a highly regulated organization, the mission remains the same: deliver technology leadership that creates measurable business value.
